Order Processing (Fulfillment Time)

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation

  • During this time, we carefully check, pack, and prepare your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Manila / nearby areas: 3- 5 business days

  • Provincial areas (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao): 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas (including some islands): May take longer depending on courier schedules


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided.

You may track your order through:

  • The courier’s official tracking page

  • Or your order confirmation email/SMS


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise

  • We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website


Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender (RTS)

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.

If:

  • The customer is unreachable

  • The address provided is incorrect

  • The order is refused upon delivery

The package may be marked as Return-to-Sender (RTS).

In such cases:

  • The customer may be required to shoulder redelivery fees

  • Orders may be canceled without refund of shipping costs


Delays and Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays and peak seasons

  • Courier delays

  • Local restrictions or unforeseen events

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. However, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery concerns.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or has issues:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide photo or video proof for verification

We will coordinate with the courier and assist in resolving the issue accordingly.
