Return & Refund Policy

At One Accord Clothing, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Important:
Items ordered with the wrong size or style selected by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only issues caused by the store (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product) qualify.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@oneaccordclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Reason for return or exchange

Once reviewed, we will send instructions if your request is approved.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Record a video while unboxing the package as proof

  • Send the video and photos within 48 hours of delivery to info@oneaccordclothing.com

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement will be sent upon receiving of the item.

Shipping costs for these cases will be covered by One Accord Clothing.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is defective or damaged

⚠️ We do not accept exchanges for incorrect size or style chosen by the customer.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status

    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method

Note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Orders with incorrect size/style selected by the customer


7. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover all shipping costs

  • For any other approved cases, the customer will shoulder the shipping fees
